My family and I recently stayed at a hotel in Baguio and had a wonderful experience at Azalea Residences. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we were grateful for the half-price upgrade the receptionist offered us. The staff were extremely hospitable and always ready to assist us with a warm smile. We particularly enjoyed the themed garden area, which provided a beautiful backdrop for our photos. And of course, the complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. The food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from.
Nothing, everything was great! 😊

Price was good for the facilities provided. It was relatively quiet but see below. It was a very new establishment with some development works still going on within the grounds. Basic cooking facilities - hot plate and microwave - provided in unit but no cooking utensils where there.
Special quirk of mine that I found the plumbing a bit difficult - had to call service man to get some water pressure in bathroom sink, never quite mastered the temperature/pressure in the shower and hot water not connected to the kitchenette sink. I found it amazing that the kettle and hair drier provided did not have Philippines compatible electrical plugs and had to call reception for an adaptor! The location is a little away from the centre of town and down a cul-de-sac so it was quite but being new not so well known by some transport operators. Need to get Jeepney or taxi to centre of town but that was part of the adventure. Avoid spending too much time in lobby when time-share marketers are there!

I had a wonderful stay at Azalea Residences. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a true home-away-from-home feeling. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Despite some small issues mentioned in other reviews, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The late check-out policy was very generous. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Near the city and other parks.
We checked in at Azalea Nov.2,2012 2:30 PM the hotel staff assigned as to Room # 510 but upon entering the room we found out that the room was so untidy even the floor & the smell of it as I roamed around I found out the comfort faucet has a leaked and the floor was very wet so I reported it to the customer service they repaired it but after a awhile it was also damaged. No kitchen equipments as mentioned in my booking air pot, no blower, the heater is not working so again I complained it to the customer service. The following day we transferred to Room 205 in all fairness the room is clean and with complete utensils & equipment, I found the hotel staff at the front desk the chubby one the quite friendy. For the rest of our stay till Nov.4, 2012 no internet connections/WI-FI so sad....

The comfort of the bed was amazing, we felt like we were wrapped in warm clouds, especially after long driving from Makati city. The smiling helpfulness of the staff at all levels was exceptional. The location of the hotel was exceptional. Hotel facilities were excellent, you can enjoy the full variety of buffet breakfast that offer free. The price is so reasonable compared to the high quality of service and amenities that you get, that encouraged me to recommend Azalea Residences Baguio to my friends. I will be back to the Philippines on December 2012 , and I will be there next time.
There is a little thing that I could not find it ""Air Conditioner"" :( The weather was cool, it is about 20-21cٌ, they should provide air conditioner. In case, if I want to use it.

The hotel was new and the facilities were excellant. The rooms were big and airy and the bed was very comfortable.
No business centre but a minor problem. Would also be good if there were chairs and a small table on the balconies as the climate would encourage sitting outside in the evenings.

the place is fairly new and clean the hotel is nice and spacious the staff were friendly
-they didn't have a gym -they advertized spa treatments but they don't have a spa, just room service massage -the roosters were very annoying and noisy, early in the morning, disrupted a good night's sleep -i think there was also some construction still going on because it was quite noisy too during the afternoon

Everything was great but didn't get the wifi promised. That was the only thing that was disappointing.
No wifi in bedroom. In the lobby, it also sometimes didn't work.
